Our leading blue chip banking client are looking for strong senior analysts to work within its Digital Banking area specifically within its customer side of change/customer proposition teams.

The business are putting a huge amount of resource into growing this exciting area of the digital space with the goal of being the best Bank for customer experience within the digital space.

The client is looking for the following experience:

  • Customer journey
  • Customer propositions
  • Strong process skills
  • Digital experience
  • Large blue chip company experience within the digital space
  • Strong communication skills
  • Lead experience that allows the candidate to work on full end to end customer propositions

These roles are viewed as very senior within the bank and provide excitement and longevity in an interesting part of the bank focussed all around the customer.
