Description
Main Job Function:To support the Compensation Team, HR Advisors and Global Mobility colleagues with policy interpretation, annual compensation cycles and day to day query resolution
This position will involve the day to day monitoring of team performance (Key Performance Indicators - KPIs - and key point of escalation for vendors) and the review of procedures, vendor management of application service providers.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Managing day to day relationships with key stakeholders including service review.
- Compliance with Group Audit requirements.
- Monitor adherence to statutory legislation including HMRC year-end procedures.
- To co-ordinate and supervise completion of all UK statutory year-end requirements including P35 and P11d reporting.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the International Compensation Standards & Benchmarking Manager.
- To provide advice and undertaking research on salary related matters as required.
- To take part in projects as assigned by the International Compensation & Benefits Manager.
- To assist for creating and develope complex reports and analysis to support compensation projects
- To assist with the annual compensation review process.
- To support in compiling salary proposals for new and reassigned candidates.
Candidate Specifications:
- Relevant degree qualification preferred
- Considerable work experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Up-to-date knowledge ofUKtax and social security legislation.
- Knowledge of the upstream oil and gas industry or related industry.
- Awareness and appreciation of multi-cultural organisations and work groups.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- To communicate with senior professionals.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
