Global Digital / Mobile Service Manager - South East London - 3 Months

My clients based in South East London, urgently seeks a Global Digital / Mobile Service Manager based on a 3 months contract with the potential to extend. In this role you will be the subject matter expert focusing on solutions, services, operations & support for both digital web and mobile applications within Client marketing functions. You will be working as a member of a global team and owning assigned global services whilst also maintaining a focus on customers acrossEurope.

Main day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to key stakeholders

* Act as primary point of contact for assigned countries inEurope, working with country leads to ensure the solution centre is fully engaged in all digital web and mobile application projects and initiatives

* Manage global digital services in conjunction with the product owners

* Responsible for technical vendor relationship management

* Engaging with technical architects as appropriate to ensure project solutions comply with platform standards

* Understands, effectively uses and may coach project and support teams on technical tools, applications, and procedures

Key skills / Desired Skills:

* Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or Technology Management preferred

* Demonstrated experience as an information technology professional in the web and mobile application domains

* Strong skills relative to management, analysis, design, installation, integration and maintenance of applications and related business processes

* Strong knowledge of web based marketing & 2.0 concepts as applicable to Customer marketing

* Demonstrated progressive experience successfully delivering and maintaining websites and mobile applications. Must have demonstrated competency / expertise in; Software Development Lifecycle management, including production system maintenance and operation
