Position Description:
Activities include coordinating the delivery of 2-5 medium sized projects, effective communication to an executive committee, creating and reporting project status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources for the project, negotiating agreement on project schedule and budgets, and manage quality and scope. Must have experience in an agile environment and experience in facilitatating breaking requirements into interative segments. Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
Experience Level: 6-10 Years.
Skill Set: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills. Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization. Provides team leadership and leads the team to ownership. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
Experience Level: BA or BS required, PMP or Project Management Professional Certification highly desirable; Scrum Master certification highly desirable plus minimum 7+ years of direct relevant experience.
Top 3 - 5 Daily responsibilities Manages moderately complex projects or multiple simple projects. Negotiates agreement on project schedule and budgets.
Manages project cost, quality, and scope.
Creates and maintains project schedules, status reports, and communications.

Minimum Five years of Project Management Experience
Experience and knowledge of all project life cycle phases.
Desired skills
PMP certification a plus.
