An excellent contract opportunity has arisen for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join an organisation based in Cambridge. You will need to have extensive experience within 3rd line environment and be used to dealing with customers directly and over the phone. To be successful in this role you will need to be familiar with Windows Server platforms [contact details removed] R2, Active Directory, Windows XP - 7, Microsoft Office packages, Exchange [contact details removed] , Microsoft SQL Server [contact details removed] R2, T-SQL, Crystal Reports and have a knowledge of OLAP.
