ERP/CRM Business Analyst with 1+ year of Salesforce.com Product - Insurance Background - Rome - SubCon

Location - Rome, Italy
Duration - 3 months

Key responsibilities
- Collecting and analysing the project's business requirements .
- Coordinating/Planning Workshops with Business teams and Evaluating the data collected through these workshops, task analysis, business process and surveys .
- Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, and Functional Spec documents, wherever possible, do a POC(with assistance of Solutions Architect) to demonstrate the fitment to the customer
- Designing test scripts and test scenarios.
- Create Use Cases, To-Be Process Flows
Background/Critical skills
- 6 - 7 years of BA Experience in Sales and Customer Service (preferably in Insurance sector)
- Should have around 1 year of experience in Salesforce.com product as a BA
- Should have worked on Business process mapping and gap analysis.
- Should have experienced as a BA in ERP/CRM applications or packaged applications
