Currently working on a great Sr. Software position for my client in Connecticut. They're a fast growing organization and they need someone to head up a new team that they're starting. This is a full time role and they're looking for a Full-Time Sr. Software Developer who's a specialist in the Java Space. They need someone who's still 85-90% hands on but who's also comfortable developing into a manager and leader.My client is a leading global provider of software that manages commodities and enterprise risk. If hired will have the opportunity to develop/enhance software built on a J2EE compliant, real-time framework. You'll need to have:
-4+ years experience in Java and/or SQL
-Experience imputing and implementing improvements in existing software
-Experience in developing server side applications using Core Java, EJB, JDBC, Multi-threading or JMS
-Experience with JBoss or Weblogic
-Experience in Borland Delphi is a plus but not required
