* Web Designer / UX Designer - Manchester - UX Design, HTML, CSS, Photoshop *
Type: Contract (3-6 months)
Rate: £200 - £250 per day
Location: Manchester
Start Date: ASAP
UX / Web Designer is required for a Manchester based client for an initial 3- 6 month contract. The end-client is a house-hold name and will certainly be a welcome addition to your CV / portfolio. The role will require somebody to design websites and then produce a set of wireframes / deliverables to be handed over to a developer.
Essential Skills:
- Strong Web design
- UX capabilities
- HTML/CSS
- Adobe Photoshop
Desirable Skills:
- Graphical Design
- Adobe suite
- UI experience
The ideal candidate will have come from a Graphic Design background rather than a Programming background. In addition to designing the sites and producing wireframes to be coded by programmers, you will be able to create graphical assets.
The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, and be able to manage their own workloads efficiently in a fast paced environment. You will be able to demonstrate examples of work / portfolio in the interview.
