Business Warehouse Team Leader
My client a leading QLD employer is looking for an experienced BW Team Lead for this exciting program of work on the Gold Coast!
Working as a key part of this ERP Program you key duties will include:
- Use the BW Blueprint documents as a base to configure and build the related functional processes during the Realisation phase.
- Design, configure and deploy SAP BW and BO in alignment with the business requirements
- Implement SAP BW based Business Intelligence systems, including industry and/or functional best practices, and works closely implementing the BW functionality and best practices to address the ERP business needs.
- Write Functional/Technical Specifications, liaise with the Technical team to provide functional expertise and test related developments.
- Provide both solution and technical input and guidance to other streams within the project as well as to the business in the area of SAP BW
- Participate in multi-disciplinary internal and external project teams
- Proactively and operationally deliver consultancy services that support business and ICT needs for the ERP programme of work
- Work with the other SAP Functional Consultants to ensure a fully integrated ERP system meets business requirements.
- Work with the other SAP Functional Consultants to ensure and deliver a fully integrated SAP solution that is aligned with the business requirements
- Proactively and operationally deliver SAP BW technical consultancy services that support business and ICT needs for the ERP programme of work
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Demonstrated experience and substantial knowledge in the provision of Business Intelligence Architecture, particularly in the areas of Enterprise Performance management, Report, Query and Analysis, Data Migration, and Information Management in a complex, multidisciplinary organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in applying SAP Business Warehouse best practices to design, implement and support the implementation of complex Business Intelligence solutions in conjunction with the Business Objects tools
- Demonstrated experience using tools to conduct in-depth analysis using highly developed investigative skills and the ability to work co-operatively with Subject Matter Experts and Business Representatives.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of and/or deployment of methodologies, procedures, practices and guidelines relevant to the provision of SAP Business Warehouse and related services.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with particular emphasis in the areas of team collaboration, team mentoring, consultation, negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution and assertiveness in order to resolve issues and meet changing customer needs relevant to the provision of Business Intelligence services.
