You will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:
- Designing and developing training curriculum and associated learning materials using contemporary adult learning and instructional design principles
- Developing instructor-led training, on-line learning modules and assessment tools.
- Training the trainers of end-users and if necessary and conducting training for end-users.
- Contributing as a member of the Organisational Change Team to project deliverables.
- Assisting in the analysis and documenting of process and systems changes, business impacts and training needs.
- Maintaining project documentation/records in accordance with program requirements.
To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria;
- Must demonstrate that you have substantial knowledge and experience with the design and development of training programs and associated materials and supporting the implementation of complex information systems and related business changes.
- Must have a high-level of interpersonal communication skills.
- High-level skills in the analysis and synthesis of complex concepts.
- Experience in the delivery of systems related to training and a relevant training qualification or accreditation.
