Description
- As SLS engineer, you will provide technical service and support to new and existing networks (all over the RLAM) also you will be able to carry out Troubleshooting, methodology analysis until identify the cause of the problem as well as provide a workaround and the final solution in order to avoid downtime of services.
- In shifts 24X7. Interacting with O&M/3rd line support.
- Provide ADO service delivery (External system Integration, Ado Patch, Ado Upgrade, Handle CSR, Plan Traffic expansion etc.)
- Datacenter Configuration and Management (network, server/storage, database RAC etc. details refer to the excel SLS)
- Monitor system development & maintenance (Nagios, script ability etc.)
- Provide Demo environment maintenance

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic and Communications Engineering or Computer Science with strong experience in Telecommunications Networks.
- Minimum 4-6 yearsâ experience in Telecom (Intelligent Network)
- Good communication, presentation and written fluency in English.
- Good analytical skill and flexible attitude.
- Good Ericsson knowledge would be a plus.
- Experience of telecommunication service layer service integration and verification is preferred
- Knowledge of telecommunication protocol, SMS (SMPP, SMGP, etc), MMS (MM7), WAP Push (PAP), Parlay, Parlay-X, SNMP, Email (SMTP, POP3, IMAP)
- Knowledge of Server/Storage, Network, Database, Backup, O&M
- Knowledge of script programming, UNIX Shell, Perl, Python
- A good team player with strong willingness to support team members
- Should be self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge base.
