hyphen now have a new opportunity for a Resourcing Manager to work a full time role for our business working directly onsite for our banking client based in London.

Summary
This role is responsible for the management of resource cost control processes and timely delivery of non IT permanent staff, whilst strengthening relationships with supplier's to reduce our overall costs. You will drive simplified processes with resource suppliers, framework compliance and delivery of key resource initiatives.
Key Capabilities/Knowledge:
-Excellent people and influencing skills, with ability to operate and influence in a complex and diverse stakeholder environment.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, across multiple engagements.
-Apply knowledge of contractual terms and conditions ensuring appropriate risk mitigation Embedded into supply contracts to provide high quality services.
-Excellent analytical and communication skills.
-High competency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
-Excellent key stakeholder management and engagement skills with a professional approach to recruitment.
-Good understanding of cost management and its importance to the business.
-Good understanding of IT divisions.
