Customer Support Manager - SalesForce

Attention senior Customer Support Managers - this could be the job for you! We seek a seasoned Customer Support manager who can lead a group of 15 customer service professionals in a professional 24x7 environment. This is highly technical product that requires the customer support team to accurately and in great detail document issues and problems in SalesForce. You will be charged with owning the entire support process from issue tracking, ticketing integrity, service level agreement monitoring & escalation, and detailed reporting. We seek a leader who can raise the bar by both implementing better systems/technology and developing the skills of the existing team. You will be charged with both improving the existing team and growing the organization for this fast growing company. This role requires superb communication skills and a business savvy individual. You will interface with both C level and VP level managers. A wide breath of technology fundamentals is vital to being successful in this role. Candidates must be fluent in current technology and have a basic understanding of operating systems, DB's, Networking Technology, Communication protocols, Data Formats,
