One of ACT's high profile Federal Government departments is seeking an experienced organisational Change Manager to support Change Releases in the Department.

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria;

  • At least 2 years hands on experience working in an organisational change management role, ideally managing workforce changes.
  • Highly developed communication, liaison, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Manage high workloads and accomplish goals within tight deadlines
  • Ability to translate strategy into action plans, and implement those plans.
  • Currently holds an active Government Security Clearance minimum Baseline Level (Protected)
