Our client is an industry leader within the Banking and Financial space, they are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to work on a part time basis across multiple/concurrent projects.

You will be expected to work for at least 3 days a week on a 9-5 basis, however this may increase this to 5 days a week depending on project workload, you will be given notice before the increase takes place.

The business group is focused on the delivery of a range of IT and Business projects, spread across Enterprise and Finance. It is a heavily vendor driven environment and as such they need someone who has worked in a very busy PMO or project group, managing multiple vendors and deliverables.

Key Requirements;

  • 2+ years working as a Project Coordinator
  • Banking and Financial Services experience
  • Experience managing multiple vendors
  • Oversight of the project schedule using MS Project
  • Experience managing direct reports is desirable.
