Client On-Boarding Analyst Client On/Off-Boarding - Client Implementation - Wealth Management - KYC - AML - Dodd Frank - EMIR - FATCA - MifID II - Basel III
We are recruiting for a major client change programme within the Wealth Management sector. The opportunity is for an experienced Wealth Management professional, to play a key role in client on-boarding and off-boarding on a long term contract basis.
Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth knowledge of each client's business and service requirements.
Complete a detailed review of new wealth management client and account documentation to ensure that the company's policy and market regulatory requirements are met prior to on-boarding and off-boarding of clients.
The individual is also responsible for capturing all necessary information for regulatory and firm policy requirements and carrying out the applicable due diligence on these new accounts
Resolve issues through coordination with Wealth Management Business, Compliance, Legal, and Project personnel.
Coordinate the team of internal and external stakeholders responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding and excellence of service delivery.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
Skills and Experience
Excellent stakeholder management skill are a pre-requisite

A strong client focus and proven team-oriented approach.
A high level of commercial acumen and awareness is essential.
Robust analysis skills and proven attention to detail
Deep understanding of wealth management products
Up to date awareness of regulatory landscape including KYC, AML, Dodd- Frank and FATCA Conclusion.
