Description
Responsibilities:*Investigation, design, development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and
technology for the introduction of new products.
*Compilation of Capital Expenditure Requisitions for new process equipment.
*Procurement, contract negotiation, installation, validation of new manufacturing equipment,
tooling and fixtures.
*In compliance with QSR requirements, preparation and maintenance of product routings,
standard operating procedures, fixtures and tooling drawings.
*Providing development and guidance for assigned Co-op / Engineer.
*Will provide customer service and team development to achieve team goals,
supporting metrics and setting and achieving training plans.
Requirement:
*Ability to plan, organize, and implement multiple tasks and projects.
*Engineering experience in an R&D or manufacturing environment.
*Bachelor Engineering Degree
*Working knowledge of CAD
*Working knowledge of ISO
