Practicus has been engaged by a financial services business in the North of England to help support a Credit Card product launch project.
We require a Senior Project Manager/Programme Lead to support on this project by taking control of the Operations and Service workstream from a delivery and senior Stakeholder engagement perspective. They will need to establish the end-to-end work package plan for the operations work package.
The ideal practitioner will have a strong change project management background in Credit Card operations and call centres. Previous Financial Services experience is a must.
This is an opportunity to work with a Practicus delivery team and requires ideally someone with consultancy experience, however will consider those who have capability in all the areas above.
