Description
An experienced organisational Change Manager is required to support Change Releases for our client, a large Commonwealth Government Department.
The services will include and not be limited to
- Definition and establishment of a Change and Communications Strategy and implementation plan;
- Analyse and manage organisational change impacts on staff and other stakeholders resulting from the project changes;
- Maintain effective communication with a range of business areas to understand and communicate the user experience of change;
- Prepare high and detailed level business impact assessments;
- Determine business readiness;
- You will also be required to assist in developing and delivering appropriate communication, training and post-implementation solutions.
