We are looking for a Voice Engineer that has experience with Exchange, Active Directory , Windows that can implement a phone device network system. Experience withTier 2 support and a smaller environment(50-100 users, 1-8 services) is required. Experience with Cisco and ShoreTel is preferred. CCNA Certification is a plus. This person must have experience in installing, upgrading, and migrating previous exchanges and understand back up.
