Skills:
At least 5 years of deep experience with SAP HR module. (support experience is an advantage)

For 2nd- and 3rd-level support comprehensive analysis of incidents in collaboration with contributing inhouse units and third party suppliers and resolution of incident based on the ITIL standards.
Creating required detail technical implementation design based on the business requirements and IT solution design; implementing the solution; definition and execution of required QA measures (testing)Language: fluent Hungarian, good English
