One of our clients in the greater Cincinnati area is looking for entry level technical help desk representatives to join their customer support team. Company is looking for candidates who want to learn and be part of a team. If you are looking for a fast paced and dynamic position then we'd like to speak with you about this opportunity. We are mainly seeking sharp individuals looking to get their foot in the door with a $12B dollar, international organization. Candidates must have previous technical support experience and knowledge of resetting passwords and network troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include:
Receiving inbound calls from customers
troubleshooting customer password and networking issues
Giving step-by-step instructions to customers
