Description
Enterprise People are currently seeking a ServiceNow Analyst for a 6 Month Contract based in Dublin. The ServiceNow Analyst will join our client's Service Desk Implementation team at an early stage, providing guidance, implementation and technical support for the project.
The ServiceNow Analyst will have:
- 3-4 Years experience in a Service Desk environment with a focus on ServiceNow
- Good Administration and Configuration experience
- Good understanding of Service Management and the ITIL framework
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
