For a Dubai based consultancy, we are recruiting a number of sales strategy definition consultants. The job is about the definition of the new overall sale strategy for a major telecoms operator (about 50M customers).

The ideal candidate would likely have a master degree in business administration and a CV that reflect major responsibilities in defining E2E sale and distribution strategies for major telecoms operators including (but not limited to)

  • Channel definition
  • Supply chain management
  • Logistic
  • Sound knowledge on Sales Action plan definition and implementation
  • Project Management Organization practices in large scale projects

Moreover as one of the deliverables of the programme would be the definition of the sales processes set, (together with their KPIs and industry standard SLAs), to be supported by the company new BSS IT stack, any experience in customer relationship management ( CRM ) systems, and possibly telecoms billing packages would be an advantage.

The customer prefers western candidates but anybody with the appropriate skill set is welcome to apply.
