Description

  • Help with the implementation and communication of restrictions on advice and trading. This includes internal and external activities, research and other important functions within the Control Room
  • Ensure the integrity of the Chinese Wall and other information barriers, as well as facilitating crossings where appropriate
  • Develop processes and systems to improve conflict controls and management
  • Produce and deliver training to a variety of business stakeholders on key policies and procedures
  • Clear conflicts and monitor the escalation process
  • Keep the relevant system admin up to date

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of Compliance specifically within the Investment Banking industry, preferably with previous experience in a similar Control Room function. You will hold a key position within the team and so previous experience is imperative to be put forward for this role.
