Description
I am currently looking for a 2 Senior Design Engineers to join my client who is an expert in developing specialist machinery based in Wiltshire.The role itself will involve either:
-working on a specific component of a brand new product and it's integration with the rest of the product utilising knowledge of plastics to get involved with the design, detailing and modelling
or
-working on the tail end of the product to identify and solve problem that arise with the integration of the individual components.
This will require a "free thinker" and a creative approach to problem solving. You will be working closely with scientists in a laboratory to collate and analyse data as part of this role. A background in the medical/life sciences would be highly advantageous.
Your skills and experience will include:
-Solid Works or Pro Engineer
-A degree in mechanical engineering
-A track record of working with plastics- preferably working within FMCG/high volume production
-Strong electro-mechanical experience
-Experience of working within the medical or life sciences industry
-A creative approach to problem solving.
