Web Infrastructure Engineer - Microsoft Windows/.NET/Sharepoint/IIS/Tridion/Content management/Search engines/Video streaming/Proxy Servers/Networking (Active Directory, DNS, SAN, WAN)/Web security
We are currently looking for a strong Web Infrastructure Engineer to be involved in major international projects for our global client.
You will be responsible for administering/engineering a global infrastructure for Intranet and Internet based applications and taking part in translating business requirements into a solid technical solution. You will be required to set up new projects and deliver new web services to clients by building and documenting infrastructures using your knowledge/experience of web technologies such as IIS, Apache, Sharepoint, .NET and Tridion.
You will also be accustomed to using development platforms such as WebMatrix 2 and Web Dev OR have an understanding of the software development life cycle and have experience with video streaming products/functionalities.
The ideal candidate will have a Windows infrastructure engineering background combined with a broad understanding of Internet based hosting solutions including web security.
