Our Client, a sophisticated Beauty company, is seeking a User Experience Lead to take the helm in developing and implementing innovative user experience design across platforms.
They are looking for a demonstrated track record of engaging multi-disciplinary teams to craft web, mobile and tablet experiences for highly trafficked sites with a heavy e-commerce component. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of User Experience and/or Information Architecture experience in an agency environment or client side for a high-end fashion or beauty brand. You must be available to work on-site in NYC and be open to ongoing work.
Qualifications:
- Ability to balance business, marketing and creative goals to drive user-interaction with an academic interest in best practices.
- Demonstrable track record of designing interfaces and writing detailed specifications.
- Fluency in UX/IA deliverable creation tools: Personas, Use Cases, Task Flows, Site Architecture, Wireframes, Interaction Models, User Testing.
- Familiarity with rich media, web 2.0, and mobile interface design best practices.
- Luxury brand web, mobile and tablet experience a plus.
