Are you looking to take that next step in your career and provide that Management Lead.At Huxley Associates, we are currently conducting a search for an Operations Manager to join a leading Production Company to manage one of their FPSO assets.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe operation of the FPSO, compliance with operating Safety and all Legislative, Regulatory and Company requirements. He / She will also be responsible for optimal management of resources to deliver production targets and maintain technical and operational integrity within budget.
Suitable candidates will come from an engineering background with a Bsc in a relevant technical discipline. They would need to have prior FPSO experience including offshore and minimum 2 years in an office based management role with sole responsibility for the management of operations, production or maintenance.
Other key skills suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate are that of a strong commercial and contracts experience as well as good people management skills.
