This well known Australian iconic organisation have a newly created position which could be based in either Canberra or MELBOURNE for a Service Management Analyst.

Your background with VMWare Service Manager will include building workflows and automating service requests.

Be a contributor to service catalogue and design.

Enterprise scale site with multiple locations across Australia, servicing a user base of over 60,000.

6 month initial engagement on a program of work which has 18 months still to run.

A first prefence is for this position to be filled with an expert in VMWare Service Manager, if you are open to moving across from a similar position and have worked with other tools such as Remedy, CA Service Desk, Infra or so please also APPLY.

Australian citizenship is a requirement of this position in order to secure a Baseline clearance.
