Position Details and Skill Requirements
Project Description:
3G End to End Expert -Scope:
- In contact with GPS team and program teams
- Deep troubleshooting for new 3G products qualification (UA8.1, Twin RRH, D4U)
- Check global parameter consistency in the template
- Propagates/Officialises new optimisation parameter recommendations
- Escalates/Follows technical issues (CRs)
- End to end performance expert
- Report to Orange QoS issues not related to UTRAN/RAN
- Troubleshoot unsolved issues/help in building up reports that justify optimization choices

Network Plan/Optimization Prof, E2E Optimizer, Mobile Access: UMTS
