Description
The Staffing Scheduler - Human Resources Assistant is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process by proactively managing interview schedules. This position demands an outstanding ability to multi-task as well as superior organizational skills in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to adapt to change. Must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to work independently and prioritize work, and have a proactive approach in order to anticipate candidate/ HR needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Reasonable Accommodations Statement
- Manages high volume interview schedules and coordinates candidate interviews with hiring managers and recruiters, prepares interview agendas and makes candidate travel arrangements.
- Creates interview guides and evaluation forms and sends to interview team. Collects and compiles evaluations after interview.
- Manages postings on a variety of job boards and identify new avenues to source great talent.
- Assists in the implementation of the Applicant tracking system.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MANAGING MULTIPLE CALENDARS IN MICROSOFT OUTLOOK.

Education: Associates Degree Required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: Two to four years related experience
