SAP HR LSO Consultant
We need an experienced SAP HR Learning Solutions consultant. This is a senior consultant position. The consultant should have a broad range of skills across Talent Management modules with emphasis on SAP Learning Solution (LSO), Performance Management (Objective Settings & Appraisals OSA) and Succession Planning. The consultant should be able to analyze, advise, design, configure and implement the SAP LSO across the company's many business units (departments), providing a single consolidated system to cater for the various learning requirements of the various company departments.
The following skill sets are required:
- Minimum 10 years SAP HCM experience with 7 years of experience in SAP HCM/LSO solutions, with at least 5 life cycle implementations.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP HCM Learning Solution (LSO), Performance, talent and Competency Management, Succession Planning and HR analytics.
- Excellent hands-on experience in implementing the SAP Learning Solution (LSO) in various companies.
- Hands-on skills should cover the ability to configure and implement the following LSO functions:
- Training administration
- Training records and history management
- Follow-up processes
- Class room and web-based E-learning methods
- Mandatory training management
- Setting up of various portal roles
- Authoring environment, repository and content management creation and administration
- Creation and editing of tests,
- Provision of management reporting and budget dashboards. - Excellent knowledge with the Performance Management & Appraisals (Objectives Setting & Appraisals). Excellent and solid knowledge of the configuration of flexible Appraisal document using the new SAP technology in Enhancement Pack 4 and later. The consultant will be working on further enhancements to our existing SAP OSA Performance Management and Appraisal system which has just went live.
- Proven experience in writing Business Blueprints, SAP Blueprints and functional specifications for bespoke development and enhancements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
The duration of this requirement will last approx. 6 to 9 months. This is a single status consultancy contract. The rate shall comprise of consultancy rate plus per diem. The contract does not include medical and/or insurance coverage of any sort. The contract includes an economy class one mobilization/demobilization based on actual airfare. The consultant with Oil and Gas industry and experience in Arabian Gulf SAP R/3 implementation will be preferred.
