Senior SAP SD Lead Consultant

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the project team from concept to implementation. Responsibilities will include coordinating and leading solution design, configuration, implementation, development and delivery of training, support and maintenance of the system. The role will be responsible for creating and reviewing functional designs, creating specifications documents, application security, reports, data conversions and interfaces.
This role calls for a consultant with excellent communication skill and ability to understand business and technical issues. You will be working in close cooperation with the Process Integration and Business Departments to ensure the solution design meet the requirements and the work being done is aligned with the client expectations in terms of planning and priorities.
In addition, the consultant must be capable of work in a team, multi-task and deliver results through self-motivation.
To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be degree-qualified (Computer Science, Information Systems, or others)
- Have 7-10 years of SAP project implementation experience including a minimum of 3 full life cycle projects in Lead role.
- Implementation experience in the production or importation and packaging of finished goods environment for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- Must have experience in output determination, complex ATP, and re-scheduling scenarios.
- Experience must include web order entry management, pricing, rebates, and inter-company trading scenarios (STO, direct shipment, 3rd party, etc.)
- Analysis and design/re-design of sales and related processes and sub-processes.
- Design solutions based on standard SAP processes and functionalities while avoiding any development (as much as possible). Document process, configuration, and user instructions.
- Must have proven track record providing user support; Work as part of the OTC Maintenance Team, accountable for resolving SAP issues; Identify root cause for recurring issues and make proposal for their elimination.
OTHERS:
- Working experience in an international environment.
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 is preferred.
- Experience with SAP NetWeaver component integration APO, BW, and CRM is highly desirable.
- Any experience with SAP Business Intelligence, EDI/IDoc, SAPScript, or ABAP.
