For my global client in Saudi Arabia, I am seeking a Senior CRM Operations Manager/CRM Operations Senior Supervisor/Telco CRM Operations Manager for a 9+ month contract.
The right candidate with:
Development: for 3rd level of support
Monitoring Center: to tackle reported issues
Business departments: to address performance related matters
Administrating SIEBEL applications/services and Arctic (Siebel 8.1.1.X)
Release verification, deployments, and configurations
Provide 2nd level of support
Planning and performing outages and upgrades
Troubleshooting and performance analysis.
Siebel Hardware Sizing and server capacity planning.
Siebel Admin Tasks including Server Installation, Migration, Monitoring
Communicate with parties
Development: for 3rd level of support
Monitoring Center: to tackle reported issues
Business departments: to address performance related matters
Handle the administration of Siebel system. Ensuring applications availability is met and services delivered within predefined SLA.
