Rating and Pipeline Expert

Description

For my global client in Saudi Arabia, I am seeking a Rating and Pipeline Expert for a 9 month contract with extension possibility.

The right candidate will:

Provide technical support, analyze and identify solutions related to rating and pipeline operation activities to ensure maximum performance and availability.

Study all prices sheet provided by marketing and make necessary changes accordingly. Monitor rating for all type of CDRs to make sure that rating is correct.

Get new requirements from marketing.
Prepare required changes in staging (test environment) before introducing it to production.
Monitor the suspense and rejected CDRs to report them to ENG, Mediation or change in configuration where ever required.
Provide statistics reports to management about suspense and rejections.
Provide other type of management reports whenever required.
Conduct investigations required by management (eg Fraud cases, closed lines, CDR details etc).
Responsible for maintenance and enhancement process.
