Description
Great opportunity for recent IT Graduates to join the Service Desk Team at a Fortune 500 Company located in Cleveland. Use your understanding of information systems to assist users with hardware and software related issues. You'll enter a training program that will build your skills in operating systems, proprietary and third party software packages, and enterprise-wide technologies.NO CORP-TO-CORP CONTRACTORS.

Overtime : straight time
Qualified candidates must have:
- Completed an associates or bachelor's degree in IT (computer science, computer networking or information technology or other related IT degree)
- Must have their degree in hand by May 15th 2013
- A copy of your unofficial or official transcript to verify your GPA
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0 is preferred. Candidates with lower GPAs will be considered if they have one-year of related work experience in a technical field (eg assisting end users with hardware and software related problems in a business environment)
- Strong communication and technical skills
- A passion for technology
- Must be flexible with work hours (schedules can include working early morning or late evening hours and can require working a weekend-day (ie Saturday or Sunday)
- Available to start working beginning March 11th, 2013
