Senior Java Developer/JAVA, J2EE, Spring/North Shore/up to $600pd/6 month contract
The Company:
This is an exciting opportunity with a leading supplier of IT solutions to the medical industry world wide based in Sydney's North. As the consumer demand for their products and services increases, they are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join their development team.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of the core products and services offered. This role offers the opportunity to work within a small team responsible for the development of core technologies.
Your role as a senior developer will also include mentoring and supporting junior developers during projects. You will be expected to be a role model and hold a high standard of Java development.
Required Skills/Experience:
As a senior developer that is excited about technology, you will possess:
- 7+ years experience in hands-on Java development
- 5+ years in application development
- Exposure to the full SDLC with technical project management skills
- Solid experience Spring including Spring MVC
- Experience developing and deploying into a Linux/Unix environment
You will also be an autonomous worker with excellent time management skills. You will provide a customer oriented focus and have a proven ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
