Description
OCM Lead required with a minimum of 8 years OCM Experience, with 2 full life cycle projects as an OCM Lead. The contract will be based in Illinois with global travel.
Key Skills/Tasks:
- 8 Years + OCM strategy development and implementation experience
- Key stakeholder management support
- Lead OCM team through clear plans and objectives within workstreams
- Experience with Change management
- Formal Qualification such as ASAP Methodologies, Prince2, ITIL etc
- Leadership Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement
- SAP experience beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and leaders
