Description
SAP Change Management Lead required with a minimum of 10 years SAP Change/Business Process Management and Analysis experience, as well as experience as an SAP Change Management Lead on 2 full life cycle SAP implementations. The contract will be based in Illinois with global travel.

- Stakeholder Identification and Change Impact Assessments
- Communications Planning & Deployment
- Experience with Organisation management
- Formal Qualification such as ASAP Methodologies, Prince2, ITIL etc
- Leadership Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement
- Assisting in all general change management activities
- Multi-country SAP implementations and rollouts
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and leaders
