Description
My local authority client requires an interim to provide the support and challenge required as part of the preparation of the Ofsted inspection of Safeguarding Services. This is likely within the next 6 months.
A recent peer review of the Safeguarding services has indicated some areas that will need improvement to achieve a good inspection outcome
The consultant will focus on:
. Quality assurance and review of the Annexe A documents (Ofsted)
. Facilitate self-assessment against the grade descriptors
. Assistance and advice with observation of practice
. Review of LSCB arrangements
. Inspection preparation plan realisation
I need someone with:
. Substantial experience of reviewing statutory safeguarding services
. Demonstrable expertise in the preparation for an Ofsted inspection
. Substantial understanding of the inspection framework and grade descriptors
