E-Resourcing have an immediate requirement for a Senior iOS Developer/Team Leader to join a leading Dublin based client. We are looking for a Senior Developer/Team Lead with iOS application development experience in iPad and iPhone.
Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate team leading skills and should be able to command good design skills to lead the entire app design. The candidate should have developed for Apple platform before developing for iPad/iPhone platforms. Very strong design skills, documentation skills are a must for the role. The candidate should be able to plan the design & development of the project end to end.
Soft Skils:
Strong leadership skills in designing the iPad applications
Should have led a team of developers in past in iPad/iPhone development
Should have designed & built for iPad & iPhone devices apps that can be seen in app store
Strong design documentation skills - class diagrams, interaction diagrams, entity diagrams
Strong unit testing design & usage of design patterns
Should have good knowledge of iOS compatibility & issues across 4.0 to 6.0
Should know the latest trends in iPhone/iPad development and be able to impart knowledge and skills to team members
Should have knowledge/experience of automated build
Must know the impact of resolution across all devices including Retina display
Must be able to provide estimates and manage deadline expectations on behalf of the team
Technical Skills:
Strong Objective C knowledge and skills
Thorough understanding of iOS platform & Cocoa Touch Framework (and other core frameworks in iOS Platform)
Code Documentation Standards & best practice
Designing apps that use web services using XML, SOAP or JSON
Should be able to demonstrate complete life cycle of the design & development of iPad/iPhone apps
Must be able to develop using git repository
Must be able to define process for distributed development/team development and best practices
Must be able to use Graphics tools to cut images where required
