Credit Analyst - Fund Management - Investment bank

Description

Major investment bank requires an experienced Credit Analyst with a strong background in fund management is required for collecting information needed from the clients prospectus. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the collection of legal and product information from clients for the use in completing credit analyses and relationship documentation. The work will include significant time on client websites as well as in direct conversations with clients. A foundational knowledge of the fund management industry is a prerequisite. Relevant skills include strong communication and time management. The ability to work independently, including substantial one-on-one conversations with clients, is critical. Being about to review and ascertain specific details from asset management prospectuses, ISDA forms and other technical documents is required. The ability to work under tight time frames is necessary.
