Position: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Rome, Italy
Duration: 3 months
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collecting and analysing the project's business requirements.
Coordinating/Planning Workshops with Business teams and Evaluating the data collected through these workshops, task analysis, business process and surveys.
Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, and Functional Spec documents.
Wherever possible, do a POC(with assistance of Solutions Architect) to demonstrate the fitment to the customer
Designing test scripts and test scenarios.
Create Use Cases, To-Be Process Flows
Background/Critical skills
6 - 7 years of BA Experience in Sales and Customer Service (preferably in Insurance sector)
Should have around 1 year of experience in Salesforce.com product as a BA
Should have worked on Business process mapping and gap analysis.
Should have experienced as a BA in ERP/CRM applications or packaged applications
