Description
Our client requires a Resource Planner to work onsite in Aberdeen.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own Account Master Resource Plan
- Keep Resource Plan up to date and accurate
- Update Resource Plan with fortnightly updates provided by Project Managers
- Meet with Project Managers and resolve resource conflicts
- Advise Account Delivery Manager of resource shortfalls and under-utilisation
- Participate in Account Management meetings
- Lead recruitment of new resources
- Participate in interviewing process
- Understand offshore oil and gas planning process
Skills/Experience Required:
- Project planning experience
- Prince 2 experience
- Good communicator
- Oil and gas experience (Preferred)
