Dear Service Managers,

My client in Den Haag is currently looking for the following expert:

Position: Service Manager with Sharepoint experience
Start: ASAP
Duration: 31.12.2013
Location: Den Haag
Rate: 65 €Euros/hour all inclusive

Tasks:
Operations - Team Dispatching
* Monitor functional mailbox
* Schedule review appointments within SLAs
* Confirm appointments to customers
* Dispatch incoming tasks among team members
* Manage change requests for confirmed appointments

Operations - Team Delivery
* Quality assurance for complex tasks
* Monitor progress on task assignments
* Organize regular global team calls (twice a week)
* Help team members with complex issues
* Quality assurance for process adherance (reporting data correctly provided? Records stored?)

Operations - CoE Escalations
* Talk to projects/team members in cases of disagreements or unhappiness with rules/offerings/processes
* Deescalation: Find solutions within standard options (provide information, correct expectations, solve misunderstandings, raise change requests, pass on to other focal points,...)
* Clarify service offerings for customers in case of doubt (eg migration offering for biz apps?)
* Align with service stakeholders about viable options (Service Managers, Programme Mgr, ARB)
* Provide heads-up to service stakeholder in case of likely escalations
* Escalate issues to stakeholders according to process design

Special Tasks
* Process owner and improvement responsibility for
o Automation of CoE reporting
o Solution onboarding process
o Secure solution submission process
* Maintenance and improvements of CoE deliverables
o Stage gate checklists approval
o Application developer guidelines approval
o CoE application developer site approval
o Reusable assets approval
o Step-out register approval
o 3rd party component register approval
* Contributions to process improvement activities of Sharepoint Service (new release mgmt, new config mgmt, new billing process)
* Manage Service internal interfaces (MSO, SGA, EAS, ECM ES, Workflow CoE, Test CoE)
* Educate other Service-internal teams
* Help other TSI teams with information on Sharepoint
