Description
Siebel Developer/Siebel Expert/Siebel Consultant fluent in Czech for an initial 6 month contract which will extend. Siebel Developer will participate on CRM project in Czech republic. This includes preparation of feasibility studies, business requirement gathering in Czech language into Business Requirement Document and define Functional solution for these CRM areas: SAM - Sales Management, CPA - Client profile, 3RD party, MAM - Marketing Management, SEM - Service Management, CTI - Telephony integration with Avaya. We do also assume you will have hands on experience with Siebel and you will be able to develop solution by using Siebel tools and provide leadership to team in India.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Siebel 8+ (from development to application architecture point of view).
Standard Siebel configuration (BCs, Applets and GUI in general, pick-lists, Scripting, workflows, WF Policies), Siebel online integration (integration objects, EAI data maps, Dispatching rules, experience with MQ Series integration is big plus).
- Virtual and external BCs, SQL; PL/SQL welcomed
- Unix (basic knowledge)
- Ability to work in multicultural environment and to support (technically) off-shore developers. Previous cooperation with Offshore is a must
