A worldwide leading banking organisation based in Canary Wharf are looking to bring on board an experienced IT Business Analyst to work within the Liquidity function of the treasury. Experience of Data Validation & Data Mining coupled with strong SQL skills and a banking background are essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

Analyse business requirements and produce functional and non-functional requirements documentation

Ensure full quality reviews and sign offs for all documentation

Provide support and relevant information to enable budget estimation and project plan production

Assess technical options to provide the required functionality and agree the proposed solution with appropriate business and technical partners

Work closely with technical teams, including the test team, to resolve any queries

Use approved or appropriate tools and techniques to support the production of Feasibility Studies for medium and large scale propositions (Clear Choice)

Use analytical skills to ensure business problems are questioned and understood and the solutions presented are cost effective and timely

Chair appropriate meetings and produce effective progress reports to keep management apprised of status and issues

Identify risks and issues and manage them to resolution

Report progress and problems to management
