Global Functional HR SAP Project Manager
Our client, a market FMCG organisation, is looking to recruit an exceptional individuals to Project manage a high profile team based in Rome, on a SAP HR Transformation Project. The candidate speak good Italian.
Functional SAP HR experience is required (OM, PA, TM, ESS/MSS).
GLOBAL SAP HR TRANSFORMATION PROJECT MANAGER
* Previous experience on a global HR transformation programme
* Core HR Project Management expertise
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience engaging with stakeholders at MD level.
* Experience of running workshops, focus groups and presentations
* Ability to manage conflict and resolve challenges with others
* Experience of localisation issues, for example when standardising processes globally experience of some of the issues you may encounter in other countries (such as legislation)
* SAP Experience
*Ability to self manage, problem solve, and seek help when necessary
