Our client, a large Commonwealth Government Department is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. These are the skills and experience you will need to be successful in this role. Our client has stipulated Australian Citizens only please.
1. Demonstrable skills and experience as a Senior Business Analyst on medium to large IT application development project/s (4+ years) including: a strong understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and different approaches, eg. Waterfall, Iterative, Scrum etc.; and familiarity with SparxEA
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical staff.
3. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability whilst maintaining strong focus on the overall project delivery. This includes ability to manage frequent changes to business requirements against project priorities; and negotiation and liaison skills.
